How to Order For Gluten Free Night

Thank you for joining us at Mama T’s for Gluten-Free Night!

We highly recommend preordering so we can prepare enough food for everyone and have your order ready at your preferred time.

• Our regular gluten-free menu
• All salads
• Our homemade Gluten Free Pizza 17” or personal 10”
• GF Pizza can be created with your favorite toppings or choose one of our specialty pies to be made on Gluten Free dough
• Sandwiches and wraps prepared gluten-free
• All gluten-free desserts on our menu

Placing Your Order

Order online and select a pickup time between 4:00 and 8:00 PM.

You may also call us at 973-427-7555. We use an answering service, so if your order is complicated or you have questions or special requests, please ask to be connected directly to the restaurant to speak with Mama T (Terri). I will be happy to assist you personally!

Dining at Mama T’s

We have a limited number of tables, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to bring a larger group, please call us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you.

We are so happy to serve the gluten-free community. Nothing means more to us than seeing the joy on our customers’ faces when they try our food for the first time!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a separate fryer?

Yes. We have a dedicated fryer, designated preparation areas and separate utensils for our gluten-free food.

For Gluten-Free Night, we will thoroughly clean and sanitize our kitchen and use fresh oil in all our fryers before preparing food for the evening.

Do you offer dairy-free options?

Yes. Vegan cheese is available for pizzas and sandwiches. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or special requests when placing your order.

Are you celiac-safe?

Because Mama T’s is a pizzeria that regularly prepares traditional pizza and other foods containing gluten, we cannot claim that our restaurant is completely celiac-safe or guarantee that cross-contact will never occur.

However, we take gluten sensitivities and celiac disease very seriously. We use designated preparation areas, equipment and utensils, and our staff follows careful procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contact. During Gluten-Free Night, we will be serving exclusively gluten-free food.
